@ All, Thanks for all the messages. I am happy that he passed on in his sleep. At least we were not witness to his pain. Also, he did not suffer. Luckily for him, he was neither bed ridden nor hospitalized even for 1 day. And yes, May his soul rest in peace!!!
Dear All, Thanks very much for all the messages and the warmth and support. I truly needed it. My FIL was my best friend I ever had and I loved him tremendously. Remembering him still makes my eyes moist... Although it was good for him, his death has left a big void in my life... :(
I liked your simple sharing with a serene feelings. Not all are capable of doing it. I appreciate your calmness. just wondering and trying ponder what was going through your mind when you made this post. Because to many death is something not a favorite subject to talk.
