Books I recommend

Here is a list of books I recommend book lovers to read. I have truly enjoyed reading each one of them and learnt several valuable lessons.

1. The monk who sold his ferrari - Robin Sharma
2. Death by meetings - a leadership fable - Patrick Lencioni
3. The Palace of Illusions - Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni (the author of Mistress of Spices)
4. The Notebook - Nicholas Sparks (I adore this book and gift it to whoever is very close to me)
5. Notes to Myself - Huge Prather
6. Love Story - Eric Segal

  2. @ AM, please do. Although it is a fictional story, it just tugs at your heart. After I read The Notebook, I have read and purchased all books from this author. The Message in a Bottle is my next favorite from the same author.

    Great choice.
See the movie 'A walk to remember' from the book of the same name by Nicholas Sparks. I think you will like it.

I hope you will enjoy reading the others as well

    @ Khushi,
Yes, I loved Palace of Illusions. It started haunting me after I completed that book. I plan to put it down in my blog very soon

    @ Preeti,
I have read "A walk to remember" and cried at the end.. I am sure the movie also will be equally emotional. I will surely watch it...And I love your blog... you are truly gifted...

    @ Lostworld,
Do check them out and trust me I too am a HUGE FAN of HARRY POTTER. So much so that each time I was carrying, I watched a harry potter movie at the theatre hoping my kid would be born as a wizard. :D
